We offer 8 Asian-inspired bear marshmallows: Matcha Bear 🍵, Taro Cloud 🟣, Lychee Blossom 🌸, Yuzu Dream 🍋, Black Sesame Moon 🖤, Classic Honey Bear 🍯, HK Style Milk Tea 🧋, and Sago Mango 🥭. New seasonal flavours launch throughout the year.

How does delivery work in Hong Kong? · 香港怎樣送貨？

We deliver across HK Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your bears are on the way.

Is gift wrapping included? · 有禮品包裝嗎？

Yes — every order comes beautifully gift-wrapped at no extra cost. Gift sets arrive with ribbon and a message card. For premium packaging with personalised printing, contact hello@kumamallow.hk.

Can I order custom shapes for events / weddings? · 可以訂製形狀嗎？

Absolutely. We offer custom-shaped marshmallows starting from a minimum of 12 pieces — perfect for weddings, corporate gifting, baby showers, and events. Contact us at hello@kumamallow.hk with your vision and we'll get back to you within one business day.

What are the ingredients / allergens? · 成份及致敏原？

Our bears are made with premium ingredients including sugar, glucose syrup, gelatine, and natural flavourings. They contain gelatine (not suitable for vegetarians/vegans) and may contain traces of nuts and dairy. For full allergen details on a specific flavour, email hello@kumamallow.hk.

What is the lead time for custom orders? · 訂製需要多久？

Standard gift sets ship within 1–3 business days. Custom shape orders (12+ pcs) typically require 5–7 business days lead time after design confirmation. For bulk corporate orders, allow 7–14 business days. Contact us early for weddings and large events.

Our Story

Where Paris
meets Hong Kong 🌸

Once upon a time in Hong Kong, a love of French pâtisserie collided with the playful spirit of Asian kawaii — and a little bear was born. Kumamallow is what happens when Parisian confectionery savoir-faire meets the vibrant soul of this city: handcrafted artisan marshmallows, each moulded into an impossibly cute bear, each carrying a flavour inspired by the streets, teahouses, and markets we grew up loving.

We are ISO 22000 certified and fiercely proud of it — because every bear is shaped by hand using only the finest ingredients, never rushed and never compromised. Good things take time, and Hong Kong deserves nothing less than extraordinary.
